RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your items. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return.

Items are returned in a saleable condition within 7 days after the date of purchase .

Item must be in its original condition with its TAG intact.

Your are required to present the documents:

• Your dispatch note, given to you when your order is delivered.
• Your original tax invoice.

We will exchange the item for another. Delivery Charges will Apply for the return.

Our delivery agents are not authorized to accept goods for return on delivery. Please email returns@4her.co.za

Sale items are not returnable.
